Lodging

Our room block at the Snowpine Lodge is full, and the resort is completely sold out. However, we've secured an additional small room block at the Cliff Lodge, located just down the road at Snowbird. A complimentary shuttle will transport guests between the Cliff Lodge and the Snowpine Lodge daily.

Getting Here & Parking

Here are the best options for getting from Salt Lake City International Airport to Alta Ski Resort:

Rental Car & Parking

Rent a car at Salt Lake City Airport to have the flexibility of your own vehicle. Keep in mind:

1. Valet Parking at Snowpine Lodge is available for $50 per day, whether or not you’re staying at the hotel. *Self-parking is limited, so this is the recommended parking option for those driving.
2. No reservation is needed for valet parking; just drive up and they will take care of the rest.

Important: If you choose to drive, please familiarize yourself with Utah’s new traction laws in the Cottonwood Canyons. These laws require appropriate traction devices (like snow tires or chains) during certain weather conditions. Ensure your vehicle meets these requirements before heading up. Equipment Rentals

Enjoy a 30% discount on ski rentals at Jackson's Base Camp (located on site at the venue) by securing your rentals here. Free ski locker included with ski rentals. Be sure to select the Snowpine Lodge Alta Ski Resort location when booking online at Jackson's Base Camp! Please note that lift tickets and rentals are user pay.

*Important Note for Snowboarders: Please be aware that Alta Ski Resort does not allow snowboarders. However, we will have a snowboarder group gather to go next door to Snowbird instead! Meeting times and locations will be shared closer to the event.

Lift Tickets

Plan ahead and save on your lift tickets for Snowbird and Alta! Purchase online in advance to secure the best rates. Choose the number of days you’d like to ski or board, but keep in mind that our group will be hitting the slopes together on Thursday, October 30th.

*You may also purchase an Alta-Bird day pass at the ticket window upon arrival, allowing access to both resorts with the ability to ski easily between them.

Non-skiiing Activities

Snowpine Lodge offers a range of non-skiing activities. Relax at the Stillwell Spa, swim in the pool, or work out in the fitness center. The game room is available for some indoor entertainment. More details to come on other group non-skiing activities!
