A scalable, cost-effective professional development resource for your executives.

Every leader on your team needs trusted peers, objective input, referrals, and professional development — but startups rarely provide this. Growth Elevated gives your executives access to:

This fills the professional-development gap that investors, boards, and internal teams simply cannot fill.

FAQs

  • What is Growth Elevated?

Growth Elevated is a private, invite-only leadership community for founders and C-level executives of growth-stage tech companies—typically with $5M to $50M in annual revenue. We offer peer forums, exclusive events, and year-round content designed to help leaders scale smarter and faster, together.

We serve tech Founders, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CROs, CMOs, CTOs, CXOs and other senior executives who are operating and scaling real entrepreneurial and technology companies. We are not an incubator, we are a community of Tech operators and leaders.  Most of our members are navigating the unique challenges of growing teams, raising capital, expanding operations, or professionalizing their leadership.

We’re not a broad networking platform or a pay-to-play group. Our differentiators:
  • Curated Membership: Every member is vetted for stage, mindset, and community contribution.

  • Built For the C-Suite, not just CEOs:  We are designed to bring Founders and their C-Level leaders together to elevate their performance through peer support and timely education.

  • In Person Events and Team Building For Your ELT:  Remote first teams?  When was the last time you brought your team together for high quality team building?  How excited are you about planning the next one?  Use GE Events instead!  Bring your team together for Board Meetings, Sales Kickoffs, Annual Planning or whatever, and then supplement the trip with one of our value added events where your teams can learn with a room full of peer executives who are committed to sharing information and helping each other,

  • Peer-Led Forums: Members have access to tightly curated Forums.  Think of it like your personal Board of Directors.  Join a group with 8-10 peer executives facing the same challenges that you are.  Meet monthly (virtual or in person) with this group and help each other through the growth journey.  Gain valuable insight, insider tips and advice, and personal support and sponsorship from a group that cares about you and your success.  Pay it back by sharing what you are learning to help others!

  • Built-In Professional Development:  We provide educational content for Tech Leaders through our Blog, our Podcast, Webinars, Workshops and Live Events.

 Members get access to:

  • Access to Forums –  private groups of vetted peers with monthly small-group sessions.

  • Discounted pricing for events like the Ski & Tech Summit, regional CEO dinners, and tactical webinars.

  • Exclusive leadership content via our podcast, blog, and quarterly newsletter.

  • Access to introductions, speakers, and strategic partnerships.

Membership is by invitation or referral. You can apply to join [via this form] or attend one of our events to connect with our team. We review applicants for experience, mindset, and fit.

There is currently no charge for basic access to our newsletter, podcast, or open webinars. Some in-person events (e.g., Ski & Tech Summit, regional dinners) have registration fees. In 2026, we plan to launch a tiered membership model offering:

  • First access to join peer forums

  • Discounts on events and summits

  • Privileged access to member-only content and community resources

Only if they’re invited as approved sponsor partners and explicitly endorsed by members. We prioritize peer-to-peer learning and strictly limit sales or solicitation.

No—but we actively collaborate with VCs and Growth Equity partners to support their portfolio executives. We are a third-party peer platform, not a coaching group or recruiting firm.

 We run:

  • Ski & Tech Summit (our flagship event)

  • Regional Dinners in cities like SLC, Denver, Austin, Miami and SF

  • Virtual Forums and Webinars on scaling, leadership, and emerging trends like AI

While we focus on tech-driven businesses, our members span SaaS, AI/ML, digital health, fintech, B2B services, e-commerce infrastructure, and other tech enabled entrepreneurial ventures—all with a focus on scaling their operations and maximizing growth.

We’re headquartered in Park City, Utah, but our community spans across key tech hubs like San Francisco, Denver, Austin, New York, Miami and London. Our digital-first model makes it easy for founders anywhere to participate.

A Forum is a small, confidential group of peers (typically 6–10) that meets monthly to discuss challenges, share insights, and support each other’s growth. It’s our most powerful tool for sustained leadership development.

Yes. We have a special “Whats Next” Forums –  peer groups specifically for leaders navigating transition—whether they’ve exited, are taking a sabbatical, or are exploring what’s next.

Yes. Select events like regional dinners or webinars are open to qualified guests. Attending an event is often the first step toward membership consideration.

No. We’re a peer-driven community—not a coaching or mastermind program. While some members are executive coaches or advisors, the focus is on shared experiences and operator wisdom.

We publish:

  • A weekly podcast with growth-stage tech leaders
  • Blog posts highlighting strategic frameworks, founder lessons, and leadership insights
  • A quarterly newsletter with curated content and event updates

We don’t run a fund or broker deals—but many members are actively raising or have relationships with top-tier VCs and PEs. We facilitate founder-to-founder knowledge sharing and warm intros where appropriate.

  • Give before you get
  • No egos, no pitching
  • Learn from the climb (not just the summit)
  • Confidentiality is sacred
  • Pay it forward

We’re built for efficiency: short, high-impact forums, digestible content, and remote-first formats mean leaders can plug in without overcommitting.

We welcome strategic partnerships with VCs, PE firms, and aligned service providers. Reach out to us [here] to explore partnership options, event sponsorship, or podcast collaborations.
